MiaoYan AI Keyboard — Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the MiaoYan AI Keyboard app (Android package com.aiinput.keyboard, also published in Chinese as 妙言知心), developed by Shenzhen Chainfun Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市链方科技有限公司).

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open MiaoYan and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to Settings → App settings (应用设置).
3. Tap Delete account (注销账号) at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm in the dialog. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Delete only part of your data

You do not have to delete your account to remove content. In the app you can delete individually:

• Contacts (聊天对象): deleting a contact also deletes its conversation summary.
• Documents: deleting a document also deletes its extracted text.
• Personas (人设) and Scenes (场景) you created.
• Business / romance profiles: clear the stored profile.

3. Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email jetty@ichainfun.com from the email address of your account (or state the phone number of your account) with the subject "Delete my MiaoYan account". We complete the deletion within 15 working days and reply to confirm.

4. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently erased from our servers:

• AI reply history and text-polishing history
• Per-contact conversation summaries
• Contacts you created
• Documents you uploaded and their extracted text
• Custom personas and scenes
• Business / romance profiles, memories and relationship graphs
• Screen-recognition logs, AI usage logs, reply statistics, daily usage counters and referral records
• Your email address, phone number, nickname and avatar on the account record (the record is anonymised; signing in again with the same email or phone creates a brand-new account)

5. What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (order number, amount, time and the anonymised account ID) are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. They contain no chat content.
• Guest (not signed-in) usage records are deleted automatically 90 days after they are created.
• Server logs used for security and troubleshooting are rotated automatically.

妙言知心 —— 注销账号与删除数据

本页说明如何删除 妙言知心 / MiaoYan AI Keyboard（Android 包名 com.aiinput.keyboard）的账号及相关数据。应用由深圳市链方科技有限公司开发运营。

一、在 App 内注销账号

1. 打开妙言知心并确保已登录。
2. 进入设置 → 应用设置。
3. 点击页面下方的注销账号。
4. 在弹窗中确认。注销立即生效，且不可恢复。

二、只删除部分数据，不注销账号

• 聊天对象：删除联系人时，会一并删除该联系人的对话摘要。
• 文档：删除文档时，会一并删除提取出的全文。
• 人设 / 场景：删除自建的人设与场景。
• 销售大脑 / 恋爱大脑：清空已存档案。

三、通过邮件申请删除

若无法使用 App，请用账号绑定的邮箱发信至 jetty@ichainfun.com（或在信中写明账号绑定的手机号），主题填「注销妙言知心账号」。我们将在 15 个工作日内完成删除并回复确认。

四、会被删除的数据

注销后，以下数据将从服务器永久删除：

• AI 回复记录、文本润色记录
• 每个联系人的对话摘要
• 你创建的联系人
• 上传的文档及提取出的全文
• 自定义人设与场景
• 销售大脑 / 恋爱大脑档案、记忆与关系图谱
• 扫屏识别日志、AI 用量日志、回复统计、每日用量计数、邀请记录
• 账号上的邮箱、手机号、昵称、头像（账号记录做匿名化处理；之后用同一邮箱或手机号登录，将是全新账号）

五、会被保留的数据及期限

• 付款记录（订单号、金额、时间、匿名化后的账号编号）按会计与税务法规要求的期限保留，不含任何聊天内容。
• 未登录（游客）用量记录在创建 90 天后自动删除。
• 服务器日志仅用于安全与故障排查，按滚动策略自动覆盖。
